WPT National Brussels has completed here at the beautiful Grand Casino Brussels Viage with 440 Main Event players, 185 for Day 1A and 255 for Day 1B. The newest WPT National Brussels Fall Series Champion is a computer programmer from Belgium, Nicolas Vande Pitte. Nicolas, who has never played a live tournament before, won his seat in a €65 satellite in the casino itself before taking home €58,000 of the €288,090 prize pool.

Players were of mixed nationalities with the majority from France, Belgium, Italy and UK.
Notable players at the event included: SXII WPT National Campione Final Table Player Andrea Ettori, SXI WPT National Annecy Final Table Player Daniel Duthon, Belgium’s most famous woman player Coralie Nauder, SXII WPT National Gruissan Final Table Player Isabel Baltazar and WSOP Bracelet Winner Peisert Jorg.

The exclusive European WPT branded poker room hosted the Casino’s cash games offering 2/2, 2/4, 5/5 each. The room holds 10 tables which were at capacity every day during the WPT and each day had a waiting list of people of up to 50 people.
